Accepting these terms
By using Mr Face you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Mr Face turns your selfie into fun AI photos. You get a set of free photos to start, and more are available with a subscription or credit packs.
Free tier and Party Pass
Photos created on the free tier carry Mr Face branding: a frame on the photo and the mrface.app link on shared cards.
The free tier gives you a set of free photos each month, and those photos carry a Mr Face frame. Party Pass gives you 50 photos a month, every experience including new seasonal drops, no Mr Face frame, party mode, and member refill prices.
Reward and credit values (for sharing, referrals, and promotions) may be adjusted at any time.
Subscriptions and credits
Subscriptions and credit packs are sold and billed by Apple through your App Store account on iPhone, and by Google Play through your Google account on Android. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it: on iPhone, at least 24 hours before the renewal date, in your Apple Account settings; on Android, before the renewal date, in your Google Play subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire, they are not cash and are not refundable except where required by law or by Apple's or Google's policies.
Your photos and likeness
Only upload a photo of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Your selfie is processed by AI to create your photos and is then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Free-tier photos are retained for 30 days. Members keep their photo gallery while their membership is active.
Referrals
Referral rewards are for genuine new users. Fake accounts, self-referrals, or other abuse void the rewards, and we may adjust or remove rewards earned through abuse.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to break or overload it, resell it, or use it to create content that is illegal, hateful, or that infringes anyone's rights.
Content and ownership
You keep your photos and may use and share them for personal use. The Mr Face name, logo, looks, and app are owned by Air4media LLC.
As is
The service is provided as is and for fun. AI results vary and are not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, Air4media LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. The latest version always lives on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
