Who We Are

Mr Face is a service of Air4media LLC. This policy covers mrface.app and the Mr Face mobile app, together "the service".

What We Collect

• Photos you take: selfies you capture in the app, including at an event booth that runs the app, and the AI photos we create from them.
• Phone number: only if you ask us to text you your photo.
• Email address: only if you provide it to receive photos or to contact us.
• Basic technical data: device type and app version, used to run and improve the service.
• Account details: only if you choose Sign in with Apple, your Apple user identifier and the name and email address Apple shares with us.
• Account details on Android: only if you choose to sign in with your email, your email address.

Your Account (Optional)

The account is optional. You can use the app without one.

If you choose Sign in with Apple, we store your Apple user identifier and the name and email address Apple shares with us. Apple may give us a private relay address instead of your real email. Signing in keeps your photos, photo credits and Party Pass when you change or reset your phone.

On Android, the account uses your email address instead of Sign in with Apple. We email you a 6-digit sign-in code, and we store your email address with your account. We use it to send you sign-in codes and to recognize your account when you sign in on a new or reset phone.

On iPhone, you can delete your account at any time inside the app: go to Profile and tap Delete my account. Deleting removes your account, your photos and your remaining photo credits.

On Android, or if you do not have the app, you can delete your account at any time on our account deletion page. You can also email hello@mrface.app from the email address you signed in with; we then delete your account, your photos and your remaining photo credits within 30 days.

After deletion, we keep an anonymous record of purchases and invite rewards, with no name, email, photos or phone number, for refunds, fraud prevention and accounting.

Your Face & AI Photos

Your photo is used for one purpose: creating the stylized AI photo you asked for. We do not use your photos to identify you, we do not build facial recognition databases, and we never sell your photos or your personal data.

AI processing is performed by our rendering providers strictly to generate your image, on our behalf.

Payments

Purchases in the Mr Face app (subscriptions and photo credits) are processed by Apple through your App Store account on iPhone, and by Google Play through your Google account on Android. We never see or store your card details.

Texts & Photo Delivery

When you enter your phone number, we send your photo link by SMS through our messaging provider. Message and data rates may apply. We text you the photo you requested; we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Storage, Retention & Deletion

Photos are stored securely in cloud storage so your gallery and share links keep working.

Members' photos are retained while their membership is active; free users' photos are retained for 30 days.

You can request deletion of your photos and personal information at any time by email at hello@mrface.app. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the service: AI rendering, cloud storage, SMS and email delivery, and a security check (Google reCAPTCHA) on the account deletion page. They process your data solely on our behalf. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. California residents also have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
