Mr Face Photo Texts: Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Mr Face Photo Texts program (the "Program") in the Mr Face mobile app, operated by Air4media LLC ("Mr Face," "we," "us"). Consumer data and message opt-in information are not shared, sold, or bought by third parties or affiliates. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

Information We Collect
When you type your mobile number in the Mr Face app and tap "Text it to me", we collect:
- Your mobile phone number;
- Which photo you asked to receive, so we can send you the right link;
- The date and time of your request;
- Message delivery status, for customer-support purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use your mobile number solely to operate the Program: to send you the link to the photo you requested, to honor opt-out (STOP) requests, and to respond to HELP requests. We do not use it for marketing or for any other purpose.

Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Mr Face does not charge for text messages.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to receive texts again.

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Retention
We keep your number together with the text we sent and its delivery status, for customer support and as the record of your request. Opt-out requests are kept so that we never text you again after you reply STOP.
